I have moved at least 4 times in the last 3 years and I never had such an incredible experience. Not only was the price beyond reasonable but I had trouble a few days later with a dresser, I called them and in 20 minutes on a Saturday night they were at my house and fixed it. These are the best, kindest, honest, reasonable, professional moving company I have ever used.

Mike and his team helped me move three years ago and also this time. They always quote a reasonable price and care about their customers. During the move, his team is very professional and really nice people. Things are loaded and unloaded fast. And I was really impressed that they are very creative and smart. I have many small boxes of kitchen appliances and personal belongs. It's a magic work of how they fit all my stuff into my storage unit. Will definitely have Mike's team help me moving next time.

I just used Heart Moving for my move and they did an EXCELLENT job. Mike's upfront quoted price was the most reasonable and, at the end of the move, there were NO HIDDEN COSTS AND NO EXTRA CHARGES. Mike was also very responsive before and throughout the move. He is friendly and very easy to communicate with. At the day of the actual move, the movers (Peter and his colleague) wrapped and boxed some of my items that were unwrapped (or poorly packaged by me). Parking also took longer than expected at the new apartment due to Midtown traffic which stretched out the move by about 30 mins - 45mins. Despite all this extra effort, they did not impose any additional charges. Having moved 4 times in NYC, this has been my BEST experience so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Mike's crew - you won't be disappointed!

Loved these guys! They helped me move into my 5th floor walk up apt in east village, after several moving companies turned me down. From beginning to end they were very punctual and well communicative, giving me regular updates throughout the day about their exact arrival time (which was within the window they gave me). They were also very nice and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process, not to mention quick! Price was the best out of all the companies I spoke to. I will definitely be calling them again for my next move, and highly recommend them to all my friends and Yelpers! Thank you guys!

Amazing company!!! If you are looking for a moving company Heart Moving is the right choice. They were proffesional, but still very friendly. Delivered my stuff with so much care and without any damage.This was very important to me, because I had a decent amount of breakable items. They cover all the stuff that need to be keep from getting scratched. They were on time, fast in loading, polite and efficient. When I move again I will have them do it for me. Highly recommended!!!

Moving is a very stressful process, however I was very impressed seeing how efficiently the movers from Heart moving worked during my move from Massapequa park to Bayside. They arrived on time with all the right tools. The men were all very experienced. Their foreman -Micho, directed them very well.. I can honestly say that they took care of my belongings as their own, from wrapping paintings and putting glasses into boxes and taking their time to make sure that everything goes smoothly, they made me feel confident that I was in good hands. All my belongings were safely and impeccably delivered to my apartment in Bayside. And the price was great. I don't usually write reviews but when I encounter great customer service and overall experience, I had to share it. I highly recommend Heart moving, It's definitely worth the headache and all the stress that comes together with the move. Thank you Micho and your guys for a great experience!

Ah, the joy of living in NYC: moving a lot! Lol! Yet, moving doesn't have to be so hard and complicated if you find a great company to help you. I have moved three times in the past 5 years living in this expensive city. I have used other moving companies, but the great thing about Heart moving is that they are very flexible with time frame( I asked them to set the moving time at 7pm on a wintery night in February and they didn't have complains about it, yeeyy!) and they are very helpful with advices how to pack you bulky stuff and they have some cool equipment to help carry them! Very nice gadgets, so moving was fun! I recommend them deeply! Great guys!!
